At Snowboards for Sale, we want you to hit the slopes with confidence. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select your recent order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused snowboard or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
